Before completely dismissing the idea why not sit down with a few sheets of graph paper squares and try some different ideas. Measure your bathroom accurately then draw to scale on squared paper so that you can see exactly where everything is.

When you have an accurate drawing of your bathroom as it is now is the time to start dreaming about the bathroom that you would like. Put your current bathroom design on one side and get a sheet of graph paper. Draw the outline of your bathroom on this sheet of graph paper. Now take another sheet of paper and draw accurate drawings to scale of things you want to get into your new bathroom.
Cut out the shapes you have drawn and try to fix the contours of your bathroom. Because only a small bathroom you may need to be creative, especially if you want to get more in your new bathroom than it did in the previous one.

Recently remodeled my small bathroom to make itself more attractive and add a shower room, so we did not shower in the bathroom. Remodeling ideas all started when I dropped something in the bath tub and cracked it. I was not very popular to do that and I was not looking forward to the project, but I love it to bits now done. Put a radiator on the wall high
If you have a radiator to fill wall space to consider above. This could leave room for a sink or toilet.
Place the tub in the center of the room
If you are limited in where you can put the bathtub pipes and irregular walls then think about putting it in the center of the room away from all walls. This does not work all the time but could be an option for you.

Use your graph paper and cut to test different designs. It's amazing how many ideas you can give.
Use a shower as
You can save space by using a shower with curved sides rather than a starting point. Probably will cost a little more, but if space is a premium, then it might be worth it.
Install a sliding door
A door that has no space to open in the room can give you more options.
Use wall mirrors
Mirrors can only give the impression of space, but are very effective in doing just that.
Storage lockers
Provide plenty of storage space up to a half above the ground is not full of cosmetics, towels and cleaning products.
